Experiencing Mindfulness is a series of interactive talks and practices for self inquiry and exploration led by yoga teacher/ healer Raquel Jordan. Topics range from 'Conscious Dating' to 'Following Your Curiosity'. There will be a 30 minute, well curated talk, followed by 30- 45 minutes of Yoga based movement/ meditation to explore how some of these concepts manifest themselves in the body. The idea is to bridge the gap between conceptualizing and experiencing, to facilitate the embodiment of truths be it individual or collective. My intention is to nurture a breeding ground for inspired thought.
